Return Policy
At Youngnnfauna, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested for our wellness plan products and services.
Digital Products
Our Starter Blueprint and Core Blueprint plans are delivered as digital materials, including PDF guides and downloadable schedules. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are available within fourteen days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the plan materials.
Once digital materials have been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Physical Products
The Complete Blueprint includes a printed reference booklet shipped to your address. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of delivery with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photograph of the item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion for items that arrive damaged or differ from what was ordered.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase.
- Order date and plan name.
- Reason for the return or refund request.
- For physical products, include details about the condition of the item received.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before delivery of digital or physical materials, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested before materials are sent will receive a full refund. Cancellations after delivery are subject to the conditions described above.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
